Founder story

Why I Founded Microcorem

I founded Microcorem because I believe technological progress should contribute to human wellbeing. Software should not exist only to make businesses faster or more profitable. It should also help widen access to healthcare, strengthen essential services, support renewable energy and create better opportunities for the communities around us. I am especially interested in how responsible AI, digital platforms and modern infrastructure can address problems that affect people directly.

I believe giving back is a responsibility, not an optional extra. Businesses benefit from the knowledge, institutions, infrastructure and communities around them, and they should use their capabilities to create wider value. Microcorem brings this belief into practical work by combining purposeful technological advancement with responsible engineering and long-term thinking.

Helping organisations succeed while contributing to healthier lives, stronger communities and a more sustainable future.

How we work

A clear path from idea to operation.

Every engagement moves through a practical delivery path, from early discovery through launch, maintenance and ongoing improvement.

  1. Stage 1

    01

Business context · users · goals

    Discovery

We begin by understanding the organisation, its users, existing systems, operational problems, constraints and intended outcomes.

    Delivery stage
  2. Stage 2

    02

    Architecture · scope · journeys

    Solution Design

The recommended architecture, project scope, user journeys, integrations, delivery plan and measurable outcomes are defined.

    Delivery stage
  3. Stage 3

    03

    Engineering · iteration · collaboration

    Build

The software is developed iteratively using modern engineering practices, clear review points and responsible AI-assisted development.

    Delivery stage
  4. Stage 4

    04

    Quality · security · validation

    Review and Testing

The work is reviewed, tested and validated before release. Important technical decisions and AI-assisted outputs remain subject to human evaluation.

    Delivery stage
  5. Stage 5

    05

    Deployment · documentation · handover

    Launch

The system is prepared for release, deployed into its operating environment and supported with the documentation and handover needed for day-to-day use.

    Delivery stage
  6. Stage 6

    06

    Monitoring · support · improvement

    Maintenance and Follow-up

After launch, Microcorem follows up on performance, user feedback and operational needs, providing maintenance, fixes and planned improvements where required.

Development practice

Responsible AI-Assisted Development

Microcorem uses modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate research, implementation, documentation, testing, and problem-solving.

These tools support the development process; they do not replace technical responsibility.

All important technical decisions, generated code, integrations, security considerations, and production changes are reviewed and validated by a human.

The objective is not simply to produce software faster. It is to deliver reliable, maintainable, and commercially useful systems more efficiently.
